As a kid I was always played sports. Whether it was soccer, football, or basketball, I was always able to find success within each sport. Yet, when it came to weight training I kept hitting a wall. I could not figure out why I wasn’t building muscle even though I was in the gym 3-5 times a week and eating in a calorie surplus. I thought if I just stay determined I would hit a breakthrough eventually. That didn't happen and I started to grow curious of how the body works and how it should move. I started studying to be a trainer. Turns out I had terrible form on most of my exercises and it’s a miracle I didn’t injure myself. My goal now as a trainer is to help people push past what think is their limit and to show them how much higher they can go.
