My name is Rory and I am a Certified Personal Trainer at Uplift Fitness. I am deeply passionate about exercising for enjoyment and health. Exercise should be fun and engaging, so that you want to do it because you only have so much willpower to force yourself to do things you don't want to do. I weighed almost 300 pounds a year and a half ago and decided to make some changes to my life. I made realistic goals for myself, diet and exercise-wise. I found it easy to stick to because I loved what I was eating and the workouts I was doing. I am very passionate about keeping things fun and helping people get the results that they want.
